Thumbs up My parents piss me off!

Anyone else have an issue with rules, parents in general, etc? My parents don't want me to stay out past 10pm on the weekend, I'm almost 18 so I don't see the issue do you? I never got into any trouble and all I do is hang out with my girlfriend.

Tech, your Dad is just trying to do you a favor, as you must admit ............. that beard is pretty ugly.

Well, tech, you come from a differant culture than myself so I have no comment on your situation.

To the OP: remember this golden rule..."as long as you are under my roof you will do as you are told"...that rule stands as long as you live at home. Even if you were 50 years old that rule would stand. When you get married you will be following your wife's rules....so dont get to comfortable when you move out.

Im not sure of your home situation but once you turn 18 you may want to ask about paying rent, food, part of the utilities and then you may get a little more lead way. This not only would get you ready for the real world of being on your own but also show your parents you have maturity and except responsibility.

    Did you mean *Accept*?

Well man idk if you are the first child of your parents normally it's harder to "obtain" privileges
but is it like same for your friends? if no you always can show them that other can stay longer outside

Maybe if you respect their rules they will allow you to stay outside for longer and if I was you I would ask them reasons so you maybe can find out what you need to do to be able to convince them :P

....really simple answer to this one. IF you are still living under your Parent's roof then you need to follow the rules that they lay down.

    End of discussion!!

If you think that marrying 4 women will set you free, then you know nothing of women my friend.
